Terms and conditions of ordering
- Minimum amount of ordering: EUR 20.-
- Term of delivery: 5–25 business days following the placement of the order.
- Incomplete orders are posted on the 25th day, while missing items remain booked only upon Your specific request.
- If after the placement of the order You do not wish to receive the ordered items, please notify us accordingly as soon as possible via e-mail!
- Smaller items are sent via mail, while larger packages are delivered with DPD or Postal way.
- Standard delivery and wrapping costs: EUR 13.-.
- On orders over the amount of EUR 250.-, no separate delivery and wrapping charges are imposed!
Terms and payment:
* Paying via Online Bank, using Credit Card for paying in advance.
